Couch to 5K

This sucked, but I did it at lunch with a tiny perky coworker as my "coach".  I didn't make it to every run set -- is it just me or is "walk 1.5 minute, jog 1 minute" for twenty minutes a little intense for day 1?  I am extroardinarily out of shape.  I only run/jog when I am crossing the street or the Target parking lot.  I couldn't get my breath towards the end or answer her questions.  I was wearing two sports bras.  And now that I checked, I can't see that app even recorded my workout because I "quit" it early-- we didn't have time for her whole cool down... which damnit means that I am going to be off.
