At times. It makes a lot of allusions to the first movie, which unless you are a thirteen year old boy who watches stupid movies on repeat, you saw five years ago when it came out and promptly forgot all the details. You probably forgot even the major plot points other than the fact that there is a hot tub that functions as a time machine.
If you are now an 18 year old boy you should watch it. There's boobs. If you are a 36 year old woman, you can probably skip it. Even if you love Adam Scott.
